By default, Camasino Support Team sends you an e-mail each time we approve/reject a video or a photo you are trying to upload, each time someone subscribes to your account (profile), writes something on your wall, comments on your videos/photos, comments on your blog entries or your games and each time another user sends you a message. 
 
If you are a very active user in our community, it might overload your email box so we give you the option of managing your e-mail notifications.
 
To do so, just log into your camasino account (www.camasino.com) and click on 'Welcome : YourUsername'.
 
Click on 'Edit Profile' on your profile page just over your picture.
 
Select the 'Preferences' tab.
 
In the 'EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS' section, uncheck the boxes of the subjects for which you don't need an e-mail notification.  This will remedy the overflow.

What Camasino is looking for is members without complaints or heavy warnings, you must be seen as proper and fit by Camasino management to receive this type of role.
 
The requests for moderators are processed randomly and without prejudice.

Yes. Camasino offers its clients more than 25 languages to choose from.
 
To choose another language, click on 'the Flag icon' on the top right of the main page of the website, you can then choose a language from the list displayed. 
 
Although, the language options are there for easier understanding to our global community please remember to use the English language when speaking and/or communicating with community members  at the tables ,for mutual respect to other players and to avoid colussion accusations. 
 
In your friend table(s) you are allowed to use any language you wish, it’s your table and your friends.

It is possible that your e-mail provider considers the e-mails from Camasino as junk mail (spam).
 
If that is the case, see the FAQ page on the E-mails and on how to fix the problem. 
 
By selecting “Not Junk” in your electronic mailbox it might fix the issue permanently but if the problem arises again check our E-mail FAQ’s or email us at support@camasino.com

There are 2 ways you can play on Camasino; one is playing directly on the website, which is the easiest as there is no download required, the second is to download our Camasino Casino onto your PC and the run the program using the icon/link on your desktop.
